Cape Cod Roofing Contractor
Bronov Enterprises is a highly recommended roofing contractor serving all of Cape Cod and the Islands. Asphalt, cedar and shake shingles, and slate, rubber and metal roofs, for homes, housing complexes and businesses.
The types of roof that are available
People ask us, "What kind of roof should I have?" There are many kinds of roofing material. We'd be happy to review your specific situation and discuss the options.
Asphalt shingles
Asphalt shingles are the material most commonly used by Cape Cod roofing contractors. These shingles are economical and a good value because they last a long time. There are many color and grain options available. We use high quality shingles from GAF, Certainteed and Owens Corning.
Cedar shingles and shakes
Roof grade cedar shingles and shakes are known for their beauty, durability and high energy efficiency, and are available in red or white cedar.
Slate roofing tiles
A natural stone product, slate roofing tiles are prized for their beauty. They are available in a wide range of sizes and colors.
Composite slate tiles
Certainteed "Symphony" is a very popular synthetic slate-look shingle.
Rubber roofing
Suited for flat or low-sloping roofs, "rubber roofing" can actually be rubber, or PVC plastic. Rubber roofing is pliable and very long lasting, while creating an impenetrable seal. We use EPDM, which is exceptionally durable; comes in white or black.
Free resource: roofing terminology
Just like any other, the roofing industry has a "language" or set of terms. If you're interested, the National Roofing Contractors Association has an online glossary of roofing terms.
Experienced Cape Cod roofer
When you call, owner Jay Bronov will meet with you to discuss your needs and do a detailed analysis. Each customer job has unique characteristics, and each customer is treated with respect.
Your situation will be evaluated for problems like mold and mildew, age, and interior and exterior damage.
Can you lower the price?
Bronov Enterprises is not the "cheapest roofer" on Cape Cod, and we're not the most expensive, either. If you can, please avoid the temptation to do it "on the cheap." Sometimes you have to go with the least expensive option, and we're happy to discuss situations like that, but cheap roofs don't last.
We serve all of Cape Cod & the Islands, and we do travel off-Cape. Barnstable, Bourne, Brewster, Chatham, Dennis, Eastham, Harwich, Hyannis, Orleans, Plymouth, Provincetown, Truro, Wellfleet, Yarmouth, all of the South Shore, and even farther north!
